Axxcelera Job Posting - Sales Director - Asia & Pacific Rim
Responsibilities:- Promote and provide knowledge of the Company’s products to existing customers and establish new customers.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with direct/indirect customers/channels.
- Keep current on state-of-the-art technologies relative to company and competitor products.
- Prepare cost estimates for customers.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales bookings quotas.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Deliver sales training to Axxcelera partners.
- May supervise one or more Sales Engineers and Inside Sales counterpart.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Represent the Company at trade associations meetings to promote the product.
- Successful candidate must reside in the Asia Pacific territory.
- Must have the ability to speak multiple languages.
- Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is a plus.
- Must have a minimum of six years of sales experience in a related field.
- Must have excellent and persuasive communication skills, confident with professional demeanor, poised an articulate.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with great follow-through. Intelligent, motivated, reliable, flexible, team player, and customer service oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM experience is a plus. Thorough knowledge of Company’s product.
- Must be able to spend 50% of time traveling.
